Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a limit to the number of requisitions I can submit?

Nope! Upon subscribing to our service, you can add as many as needed, and they will be systemically delivered

Can I pause the subscription?

If you no longer need our help, no worries. You can simply pause your subscription. Our billing cycles are based on 30-day periods, so if you use our service for 27 days, you can pause and still have 3 days of service remaining.

What is the refund policy?

 Due to the high-quality nature of our work, refunds will not be issued. Although, if you hire a candidate that either exits the organization within 2 months or needs to be let go during this time period due to underperformance. We will offer an additional 30 days of service to help you find a replacement!

Lake Recruitment, run by James Lake, collaborates with TEEMA, a rapidly expanding Staffing Solutions company in North America to conduct in depth initial candidate interviews before they are delivered to your inbox. All candidates you receive will be thoroughly vetted for the specific job requirements, aligned to the hiring budget your team has in place, and excited to meet the team!

What tools do you utilize?

All the ones you don’t want to have to continue paying for! We leverage Apollo, LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, ZipRecruiter, Zoominfo, and TEEMA’s extensive candidate database and more for effective recruitment strategies.
