We do our best to make sure that every candidate we place is a great fit long term for your organization through the vetting and interviewing process. If in the unfortunate event you hire a candidate that either exits the organization within 3 months or needs to be let go during this time period due to underperformance we will find you a replacement candidate free of charge.
